So we went all-in on making it better. We kept our solid steel bearing balls – nothing beats that stability – but they now run inside a custom 3D-printed PETG cage. That cage glides over massive hardened steel rails.
We didn’t stop at the sliding table upgrade.
We also reworked the telescopic arm. Both contact surfaces are now CNC-milled for perfect alignment, and the arm runs on our own in-house produced Ertalon wheels.
The result? Our best sliding table yet.
And to keep that smoothness for years, we upgraded the dust extraction on the moving arm. Less dust, less wear, longer life.
